To ease the planning process, we have highlighted several important aspects for creating an unforgettable wedding reception at our Jersey City, New Jersey luxury hotel. Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our wedding sites can be arranged to suit your needs. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson will create a ceremony room in a round or chapel style, if you wish. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Linen / Table Settings
Tables will be set with your choice of tablecloth and may be accented with a variety of napkin colors. Our table linen selection includes white, ivory or black. Specialty linens and overlays may be arranged at an additional cost. Each table will be set with a full service setting to include our finest china, stemware and silver.


Dance Floor and Risers
Dance floor and risers for your wedding reception are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Parking
For the convenience of your guests, the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson offers full service valet and an enclosed parking garage, attached to the hotel. You wedding planner will provide you with special parking rates for each.


Wedding Cake
The Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson works with many of the top bakeries in the area to provide you with the custom cake of your dreams. Complimentary cake cutting is provided and each slice will be arranged on a decorated plate. Consult with your wedding planner for a listing of our preferred bakeries.


Guestrooms
It is our pleasure to offer the bride and groom overnight accommodations on a complimentary basis. Special room rates may be arranged for your overnight guests, based on availability. Please speak with your wedding planner for further details or to block rooms.


Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson. One point is awarded for each dollar spent.


Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage pricing is subject to 21% service charge and 7.75% state sales tax. Your wedding planner can provide you with a detailed estimate of charges, based on your selections. Your event is considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Your deposit will be applied towards to total due. Payment in full is required prior to your event.

A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed meal count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
